Bristol City Council are now looking to the market for innovative solutions to their up and coming Management Information and Business Intelligence requirements. These requirements will cover a wide variety of requirements in the council including GIS. We are currently defining the final scope of our requirements and would welcome the input from the market.

Accordingly we are holding a market engagement session
Wednesday 9 October 2013
The Hayloft & Saddlery at Ashton Court Estate, Long Ashton, BS41 9JN

This event is being held in conjunction with DEFRA and the Environment Agency.

The format of the session will be presentations which will outline where we are at the moment and what our future requirements are likely to be, together with information provided by DEFRA and the Environment Agency as to their requirements. Following a break there will be an opportunity to meet members of the Bristol City Council team, through ten minute slots which need to be booked in advance.

Booking is essential for this event. Please register your place via https://mibioctober2013.eventbrite.co.uk/ by clicking on the ‘register ‘ button & completing the necessary information.

If you would like a ten minute meeting with the BCC team after the main presentations, please also indicate this when you book, by also booking an ‘individual session’ ticket selecting which time slot you would like.

Whilst the 10 minute individual sessions take place, there will be an open innovations session running simultaneously.

There is plenty of parking at Ashton Court, the car park costs £1.

This event is aimed at SMEs and if you know of any relevant organisations who you think might be interested in the event, please feel free to pass this information on to them.

To be able to bid for Bristol City Council contracts you will need to be registered on Proactis, our e-Procurement system: https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/Default.aspx
