Contract with Bristol City Council and Bath and North East Somerset Council for the operation of a Freight Consolidation Centre serving participating businesses in Bath and Bristol Centres and potentially businesses beyond central areas. The contract will run 3 years with possibility for a 12 month extension subject to satisfactory operation. The contractor will operate the consolidation centre and outgoing vehicles providing goods to participants within Bristol and Bath areas. Business participation is voluntary and the contractor will be required to negotiate agreed levels of financial contribution.
